Conforming to a brand new report, Google such as Google, Yahoo and Bing are driving a smaller proportion of tal site traffic on the internet.
Yahoo and Bing, which referred 31 percent and 15 tal percent traffic in December, dropped to 90 percent and 78 percent respectively in May. Remember, social discovery and sharing platform Shareaholic day released new data which showed a drop in people number visiting sites because of recommendations from their preferred search engine.
Yes, that's right! In the sixmonth period leading up to May, overall percentage traffic from Google dropped from 3749 percent to 3104 percent.
In fact, over the six months, p all five SE in the US drove a smaller percentage of overall traffic to the sites that Shareaholic tracks. Similar figures that detailed organic search engine traffic between October 2012 and 2013 show a small dip in the summer months. Admittedly, there is a natural cycle to search traffic. Danny Wong, head of growth and marketing at Shareaholic said the current decline was quite unusual. The drop in overall traffic experienced by Google was pretty significant, the tiny market share held by Yahoo and Bing meant their losses were minor.
